When we deliver and set up, we will teach you all about the operation of the camper, and make sure you understand everything. If you have any questions, we are always available by text message. .
We are available by text anytime. We do sleep and stop answering about 9 pm. In the case of an emergency that can’t wait, you may call us. We provide you with phone numbers at delivery.
We provide sheets for all beds, pillows, and lightweight blankets. We will have sheet sets for the sofa bed too, if requested. We have bath linens and kitchen linens. There is a coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. We have dish soap, hand soap, and RV toilet paper (do not use any other toilet paper).
We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.
There is a 2.9% fee when using your credit or debit card. This is passed on from our merchant service company.
If we have to come out to empty your holding tanks during your stay, there is a charge of $150
The security deposit is $500. It’s the deductible on the insurance policy should there be an issue. When we bring the camper, and when we pick up the camper, we go over the condition with you so that we agree and can return your deposit. If there is an issue we try to be very fair about costs of repairs.
Linens are laundered, surfaces are cleaned and sanitized, and dishes are washed! +
For an additional charge, we rent generators (not the super quiet ones), camping chairs, tabletop grills, counter top icemaker, extra outdoor tables, playpens, and kayaks. Ask us for pricing and availability. If there is something else you don’t see here, just ask, we may be able to accommodate your request.
We prefer that you are. We will complete a walk through and teach you how to operate the camper! Again, it is for your protection that we walk through together at the end. (sometimes we find things you thought you packed!)
Your fur family is welcome in most of our campers. There is an additional deposit for pets. Your baby must be kenneled when unattended.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Yes, the minimum rental period is 3 nights.
20% of the nightly rate plus delivery and all add-ons will be due at the time of booking.
The remaining 80% of the nightly rate will be due 15 days before your trip.
The $500 security deposit charge will be added to your reservation after booking.
It will be due 2 days before your trip.
It will be refunded 7-10 business days after the unit has been returned with no damage.
Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure. Otherwise, the cancellation policy is strict.
*Cancel more than 14 days before your trip begins: 90% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 10%)
*Cancel more than 7 days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)
*Cancel 6 or fewer days before your trip begins: 0% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 100%)
*The taxes you pay on it are not refundable in any circumstance.
Note: If you still owe some toward the booking total at the time of cancellation, you’ll need to pay the remainder.
